Currently, Magical World Limited only supports cash-on-delivery service (Hong Kong/Taiwan/Macau).

International delivery will be conducted using air freight services.

Delivery services will be conducted by local air freight (Japan/Hong Kong/UK) depending on the product situation.

Refund Policy
Definition of Product Damage
Product damage refers to any physical damage, missing parts, or functional failures that occur during transportation or after the customer receives the product.
1. Non-Refundable Terms
If the customer discovers product damage after receiving the product, and the damage is caused by the following reasons, the company will not provide a refund:
- Damage caused by improper operation or maintenance during use.
- Issues arising from customer repairs or modifications.
- Damage claims made after the specified return/exchange period has passed.
- Damage caused by natural wear and tear, excessive use, or improper use.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers should immediately check the integrity and functionality of the product upon receipt and contact our customer service promptly if any damage is found. If the customer fails to report the damage within a reasonable time after receiving the product, it will be deemed that the customer has accepted the product, and refund requests will not be accepted.
3. Application Process
If the customer believes that the product was damaged during transportation, they should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photos and relevant information of the damaged product. We will investigate the application and decide whether to provide a replacement or other solutions based on the specific circumstances.
4. Product Inspection and Photo Records
To provide a good shopping experience, all products will be inspected before shipping to ensure their integrity. During the inspection process, photos will be taken of the products, and only after confirming that everything is correct will we proceed to the next step of shipping to protect the interests of both parties.
5. Order Cancellation and Modification
Once the customer successfully makes payment and places an order, no cancellations or modifications to the order content will be allowed.
6. Delivery Time
Due to variations in delivery times, ordered products may take approximately 7-21 working days to arrive in Hong Kong. We will not accept refund requests based on this reason.
7. Out-of-Stock Issues
If a product is out of stock, the full amount can be refunded.
8. Notification of Product Damage
If we discover any damage before shipping the product, we will notify the customer and decide whether to provide a replacement or other solutions based on the customer's request.
9. Damage During Transit
If damage occurs during transit or after receipt, please contact the shipping company directly to report the damage and file a complaint. We do not accept requests for reshipment or refunds for any reason (applicable to orders from all regions/countries).
10. International Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs. From the time Magical World Limited sends out the shipping cost notification email, customers must pay the shipping costs within 30 days. If this deadline is exceeded, it will be considered that the customer has abandoned the order, and the order amount will not be refunded.
